Minute 1: 5 Bicep curls(each arm)
Minute 2: 5 Hammer Curls (each)
Minute 3: 5 King Kong curls (each)
Minute 4: 21 Gun Salute

Buy out: Using same dumbbells, 1 attempt at max effort DB bench press.

Add 5 reps to each movement each round. The 21 gun salute always remains the same.
