We’ve had some fun, fast moving metcons the last couple weeks with lots of intensity. Today, it’s time to slow it down and go heavy!
On the death crawls, we will require that you stay in a tight plank position, no piking! To modify, first scale the load, then scale the distance.
The back squats should be the heaviest you can do for an unbroken 5.
