Atlas Stone 2 shoulder
GHD Sit-ups 
Farmer Carry(100m Carry)
Sandbag over the shoulder
Rope climbs
Rest 1 minute 

Your score is your total number of reps.
-Make the stones and sandbag as heavy as possible!
-To modify the GHD sit ups, scale first to parallel, and then to anchored sit-ups.
-The farmer Carry will be 100m and then rest of the remainder of that minute. You’re welcome.
