100ft plank kettlebell drag 53/35
Max effort sandbag squats AHAP


Rest as needed between rounds. 
The plank will be the shoulder and midline burner! Be sure to keep the abs tight! Immediately following the plank complete a max effort set of sandbags squats holding the sandbag at your chest. 
Wear loose shorts or sweats. Your booty is gonna grow a 1/2”!
