One of Coach Billy’s favorites! Time for a CrossFit benchmark that tests metabolic and pulling capacity. For the best competitors, Helen is a sprint. For most, Helen is a moderate time domain. The workout combines legs and different planes of pulling to create a lung-and-forearm-burning masterpiece.
Today is the day for athletes who may be on the cusp of Rx’d and Intermediate/Fitness to go Rx’d. The volume on all of the movements is relatively low, so it’s a good opportunity to try. Although times will range for the entire workout, we’ve allocated enough time to let everyone finish, even those going Rx’d who may not necessarily do so all of the time!
