Dumbbell is AHAP. You decide the rep scheme and you decide when to switch. Keep track of how many reps you do of each movement. Score is total reps completed.
So far this week we’ve hit it pretty heavy on the legs so today we’re giving them a rest! 
You have the opportunity to get in a lot of reps, so be smart and strategic about your rest times and the size of sets you do. You may go back-and-forth between movements as needed, but I would not recommend going to failure on any one movement. 
Have fun! This WOD May give you a severe case of swoleiosis! I recommend a tank top if you have one so you can watch the Gainz as they take place!
