This workout is designed to be speedy and painful, so scale the load on the barbell so that you can bang it out in two sets or less (which would be one, I guess. So in one or two sets, then. I guess I could delete that last sentence and just sub in the stuff in parenthesis, but I put all this work in already, so I guess I'm pot-committed here. Poker players should get the reference.
