For Hump Day, we have double monostructural madness. It will be a nice change of pace from all the barbells and gymnastics from the last few weeks. Get those lungs ready to do some work.!
It is a total of 1,800 m of Running and 2,250 m of Rowing, which is a moderate amount of volume for both of these modalities.
Since it’s pouring rain today, you can ask your coach to substitute the Running for an Assault Bike if you have those (50/30 cal.) or if there’s enough room, Shuttle Runs. If neither of those will work, perform 50 Wall Balls for the 400-m Runs and 10 Burpees for the 200-m Runs.
