Today is a tribute workout for our friends over at Northstate:

On Saturday afternoon the family was relaxing at home, there was a point where they couldn’t find Nixon   They found him at the bottom of their pool. They’re not sure how long he was there but they were able to revive him. He was flown to Davis that evening. Unfortunately his brain function was minimal to nothing, there came a point where his organs began to fail and ultimately they had to make the decision that NO parent ever wants to imagine making. 

The parents are Bryan and Lindsey Trudeau and they have a 4 year old daughter named Preslee.
