100-m Run
2 Hang Power Snatches (heavy)
*Every round, add 100-m Run
and 2 HPS
As far as possible in 24 min.

You guys go hard enough, you could be running a mile for your last run! Super motivating, right? (LOL This pleases me. - Billy)

We’re kicking off the week with some heavy Olympic lifting and a sizable amount of running! The intention of today’s workout is to work a heavy Hang Power Snatch stimulus amidst a moderately paced running effort. The focus of today’s session is the Snatch—time to go heavy! We want you to be a wee bit nervous with this weight.

The Run between the Snatches is intended to get some metabolic volume in, but you shouldn’t necessarily be trying to sprint each round—it should be around an 85-percent effort, a steady pace that allows you to catch your breath before you execute the lifts.

On the Snatches, choose a load that allows you to possibly perform 2 reps in a row (unbroken) without putting the bar down, but no more than that. You’ll likely be transitioning to singles very quickly in the workout.
