Teams of 3:
“Death by” American Kettlebell Swings
15 Stone 2 Shoulder
50 ft Stone carry to platform
150 D-Ball slams
In the “death by” you will start with 1 swing each in the first minute, then 2 each, then 3, and so on until all the swings cannot be completed in that minute.
You will then move directly into the next part of the work out with no rest in between. In the stone portion of the work out you can break the reps up equally between all three teammates and each round a different teammate will do the carry.
You will then move directly into the D-ball slams.
Have fun and go hard! With teams of three, you will get plenty of prescribed rest so no moving slow allowed on this workout!
