L-sit rope climb attempt, 1 attempt

L-sit pull-up, 4 reps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

4 push-ups
4 handstand holds, 10 seconds
Rope lie to stand, 4 reps (HOLLOW HOLD ON BAR)
L-sit hold, 10 seconds
