PREWOD MOBILITY
3minutes jump rope
Peanut to T-Spine 3 minutes
KB goblet squat hold 3 minutes (does not have to be continous, use to open hips)

WARMUP
Burgener Warm UP with barbell

"ELITE"
Alternating EMOM for 14 minutes
odd minute -3 hang (squat) snatches from power position starting at 60% of 1 RM
even minute - 30 double unders
Then:
50 hanging knees to chest weighted

"Standard"
Alternating EMOM for 14 minutes
odd minute -3 hang (squat) snatches - increase load each set
even minute - 30 double unders
Then: 
50 hanging knees to chest weighted

"Scaled"
Alternating EMOM for 14 minutes
odd minute -3 hang snatches - increase load each set
even minute - 30 double unders/60 singles
Then: 
50 hanging knees to chest
