20 min to establish 5RM back squat

Conditioning

EMOM until failure
1 snatch starting at 115/85lbs
*each minute you must add 10 lbs until you are unsuccessful 
continue with
1 clean and jerk (beginning at weight you failed for snatch) 
*continue adding 10lbs until failure
**Workout will be scored by max weight snatch and clean and jerk

"Standard"
EMOM until failure
1 snatch starting at 75/35lbs
*each minute you must add 5 lbs until you are unsuccessful 
continue with
1 clean and jerk (beginning at weight you failed for snatch) 
*continue adding 5lbs until failure
**Workout will be scored by max weight snatch and clean and jerk

"Scaled"
EMOM for 10 minutes complete the following complex
1 snatch high pull (from hang) + 1 power snatch + 1 OH squat
