2 snatch high pulls increase weight each round till you reach a moderately heavy set with perfect form

WOD:
3x3 Minute Rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)
10 Power Cleans 135/95
10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
10 Burpees
