Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes complete the reps for each movement rotating through the reps every minute
1st: 10 lateral over the bar Burpees
2nd: 7 thrusters 115/80
3rd: 25 double unders
4th: 7 thrusters
Repeat pattern until 20 minutes
All movements must be completed unbroken. If you do not complete the movements unbroken then you must repeat the movement before moving on to the next movement.
Only rounds that are completed unbroken will count towards your final score.
Final score is total number of unbroken rounds completed.
