B.) 5x10 Weighted Step Ups (box should be height such that you are just breaking parallel) AHAP

90 secs rest between rounds
Conditioning :

3 wall balls
3 burpees
6 wall balls
6 burpees
9 wall balls
9 burpees
12 wall balls
12 burpees...
continuing up ladder until time runs out
