Join us for a WOD Saturday at 10am.  If you are a member feel free to come work on your Olympic lifting skills at 9am.  If you have been struggling with any of the oly movements, Saturday at 9am is your chance to get some 1-on-1 coaching from Sam our Olympic Lifting Specialist or another one of our coaches.
