Snatch First Pull (ground to hang position)
3-3-3-3-3 Increasing Weight as Heavy as possible with perfect positioning

Conditioning

3 x 4min
400m run
AMRAP Power Clean 155/115

*Athlete will begin with a 400m run then spend the remaining time completeing power cleans. At the end of the 4 mins, the clock will reset and the athletes will start over with the 400m run.  There is no rest between rounds and only the number of power cleans counts towards your score.
