50 Knees to Elbows
50 Double-unders

*Only one partner works at a time.  The partner not working will complete at 100m run as a pacer.  The runner becomes the worker and the worker the runner (pacer).  For each movement, each partner must complete at least 15 reps of the movement.  For example: Billy cannot complete all 50 pushups while Heather is running.  The most he can do is 35 and she must complete the other 15 when she returns and before moving on to the next movement.
