Hey family!  You will notice a few changes when you walk in this week.  We are now Beta testing the new mobile app "BOXtastic"!  We are not requiring anyone to take part in this as there will be a few glitches since it is only a Beta version of the system.  If you don't want to partake, you don't have to, but it is going to awesome as we have the opportunity to build community and help give input in an up and coming CrossFit online community builder.

WarmUp:

4 x 250m row (sprint) with partner
resting partner must hold plank position during "rest"

Strength:
Push press: 50% x 5, 60% x 5, 70% x 5

WOD
Complete 5 rounds for time of:

-9 snatch deadlift (135#/95#)
-6 hang power snatch (135#/95#)
-3 overhead squat (135#/95#)
