400m weighted walking lunge 45DB/25DB in each hand
Partner not lunging will complete a lap around the 400m track until they catch up to athlete lunging. Then they will switch and the lunger will become the runner and the one that just finished running will become the lunger. Each time the lunger has to drop the dumbbells (or rest them on their legs, bench, decrease the weight load), they will perform ten burpees.
(If you are not a strong runner the running will be modified so that is not an excuse not to show!)
