Strength:

Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5

WOD:

EMOM for 10 minutes
3 power cleans
a.) You must complete 3 power cleans each round with no misses to move on
b.) You must increase weight every minute to continue on
c.) If you miss a clean, you are done.  No you do not get to keep going.
d.) The score is the last weight that you successfully lifted 3 times within the minute.
