WOD:

Alternating Tabata with Partner

8 rounds
KB swings
Box Jumps

8 rounds
KB Goblet Squats
Burpees

8 rounds
KB Russian Twist
Split Jumps

Example:
Carrie and Jana are partners
Carrie will start KB swings, Jana will start Box jumps
after 20 seconds they will rest for 10 seconds
then, Carrie will do box jumps and Jana will do KB swings
they will repeat this for 8 rounds then move to the next two movements to be completed the same way
