How do you get started? Easy-peasy.
If you're new to CrossFit, we'll start you with our Basic Program, which is a two week small class course (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at either 7am or 6:30pm) on the safety and movement standards for $150.
After that (or if you're already experienced), we have either a 3x/week membership for $100 a month or unlimited for $125. We'd love to have you stop in and check out a class in person any time! We offer classes at 530am, 7, 8 & 9am, and 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm.
