Welcome to a community that values you for who you are and your fitness level.  We strive to make each workout challenging and yet a pleasurable experience. Increasing GPP (General Physical Preparedness) by improving strength and conditioning, allows us to better enjoy the recreational activities that are abundant in Northern California. Whether your interests lie in: mountain biking, hiking, back-packing, wake boarding, skiing, rock climbing, swimming, running, or just being better at life, CrossFit is the perfect fitness program for you.

Pricing/Schedule

How do you get started? Easy-peasy. 

If you're new to CrossFit, we'll start you with our Basic Program, which is a two week small class course on the safety and movement standards for $150. After that (or if you're already experienced), we have either a 3x/week membership for $100 a month or unlimited for $125. We'd love to have you stop in and check out a class in person any time! We offer classes at 530am, 7, 8 & 9am, and 4, 5, and 6pm.
