Looking to add size and/or strength? We’ve got you covered! We wrangled Daniel Delao, one of the top natural powerlifters in the country, to program and help run our powerlifting club! We focus specifically on back squat, bench press, and deadlift, with the intent to get as strong as humanly possible! Whether you’re a Jefferson State CrossFit member who wants to increase their overall strength or a powerlifter who needs a place where he can drop his weights or grunt as loud as she wants, we’ve got the programming for you (and the only deadlift bar North of Chico)!
